When learning any new skill, it can feel overwhelming to know where to start. There are a gazillion beading supplies out there. I’ve weeded through most of them in my career, so now you don’t have to! Trust me, not all seed beads are created equal, not all earwires holds up over time & don’t even get me started on thread. This kit contains my tried & trues, my best in shows, my pick of the liters & my hands-down favorite tools & supplies. I use all of these supplies every single day that I bead. Success in beading here you come!

Who is this kit right for?

The objective of this kit is to set you up for success with the right tools. This kit is perfect for anyone who has begun beading already, experienced beaders & anyone interested in learning to beadweave. *PLEASE NOTE* In order to keep the cost of this kit affordable, there are NOT instructions on how to beadweave included. I DO include resources & links that I used when I was learning years ago & a ton of tips I’ve picked up.

THE GOODS: What is in this kit:

• Wooden Box - everything you need to beadweave your brains out is in this badass box! These wooden boxes will vary due to the nature of wood. I designed the inside for a nice, tight, organized fit of all your tools & supplies. I even added a magnet to keep your scissors in their seat!

• Beading Mat - the lid of this box doubles as your beading mat (feeling pretty darn proud of this) *Please Note* Mats are hand-cut & will vary from box to box, may have teeny tiny imperfections, isn’t that the beauty of a person putting this kit together vs. a robot? (not pictured due to it’s top secretness)

• Needles (6) & case

• Beads, of course! And about 70 grams or 8,400+ beads. There are enough beads in here to make at least 10+ pairs of earrings, depending on how you combine them. 13 colors; Bone White, Black Stone, Terracotta, Porcelain Pink, Matte Yellow, Matte Sea Foam, Pansy Purple, Turquoise, Cedar, Light Sand, Latte, Denim, Gold. Size 11/0

• Informational cards with educational links to help you get started, secret tips, tool explanations, supply resources and noteworthy mentionables. This might be the most useful thing in the box. I wanted to explain the importance behind all these tools & mention some tips I’ve picked up over the years. Before I knew it, I created a pretty awesome little crash course on beading! Important to mention (again), this kit does NOT come with instructions on how to beadweave, but of course , I do give you some pretty great resources to teach yourself. More power to ya!

A few years ago, I desperately tried to find a way to take my beady babes on the road with me. When I couldn’t find the travel kit I needed, I made one myself! Trust me, it was not easy to pack an entire studio down inside a little wood box, but I think I did pretty darn good. This kit contains the exact same thing as my own travel kit. And I’m telling ya, that tomato pincushion is freakin’ CA-YUTE!

Who is this kit right for?

This kit is intended for those who are quite familiar with beading who are either looking to expand their skills farther with 15/0 beads (teeny tinies) or try round beads vs delicas. AND/ OR advanced beaders looking for a travel kit. I do not include instructions on how to beadweave in this kit, assuming you all are already quite versed in dah bead world.

This box has two stories, one for storing just beads (drool) & the other holds all your tools. These wooden boxes will vary due to the nature of wood. I designed the inside for a nice, tight, organized fit for all your tools & supplies. I even added a magnet to keep your scissors snug in the box so they don’t flop around during travel!

  • 6 Small Glass Bead Tubes - each tube holds approx. 2 g. These are your accent colors - 24K matte gold plated, matte antique porcelain, latte, sand, brick red, sea foam.

It’s true! Now you can take your beads EVERYWHERE!

This kit is intended for advanced beaders, well versed in beadweaving, looking for a kit to carry beading materials with them to work, on a day hike, to the dentist, to the beach with friends, a day use kit. IN THIS KIT

• Tin Hinge Container - this 3.25 inch x 4.5 inch container holds your entire kit, AND the lid doubles as your beading mat. I’ve added magnets to all materials so they all stay in place as you hike that mountain. Amazingly, it fits in most back pockets!

• 8 mini tin containers - these cute tins are for your beads. I use 1 out of my 8 for earwires, personally, but you don’t have too. I’ve added magnets to the bottom of each in, so they stay in place perfectly.

• Needle & container - glass tube - this kit comes with 6 needles, great for size 11/0 & 15/0 beads.

• Mini bead scoop - the hardest part of cleaning up a beading project is getting the beads back into their containers. This little bead scoop makes that job much easier.

• Advanced fold scissors - I LOVE these scissors. They fold up super small & have a really sharp tip.
