How do I purchase your work?

For the majority, I release new work at a specific time and date on my website. Pieces in these collections are one-of-a-kind and crafted in small batches. These pieces are sold on a first come basis and often sell out.

Every now and then, I release one-off pieces spontaneously or open a limited number of made-to-order slots for pieces. I like to mix things up in order to give everyone a chance.

I make all announcements via my email list (please subscribe!) and on instagram @wovenwyld. I suggest following both to increase your purchasing odds.

Note** I create every piece with utmost care and meticulous precision. The beauty of work crafted by hands is that pieces may have natural imperfections; this is the nature of the materials I work with. It’s these slight differences that guarantee no two pieces are alike.

Every piece I create is one-of-a-kind.


Shipping Information

I ship all orders through The United States Postal Service. At checkout, you have the option of First Class or Priority Mail. International shipping options available. Packages ship from Salt Lake City, Utah.

USPS has recently increased shipping rates, therefore, so have I.

First Class 4-5 Days — $7.5 flat rate
Priority 2-3 Days — $10.00 flat rate
International – $30 flat rate

If you purchase a Made-To-Order item (mentioned in item description), please allow 2-3 weeks for their crafting before shipping.

Items are shipped in eco-happy, recyclable gift boxes. To reduce waste, orders containing multiple items will be consolidated in one gift box. If you are in need of individual packaging for gift giving, please reach out after placing an order to wovenwyld@gmail.com. No additional cost will be required.

LOST PACKAGES - If you believe your package was lost or mis-delivered, please fill out a missing package report with USPS, here. Often, USPS can use their GPS to identify the exact location a package was delivered. Woven Wyld is not responsible for lost packages, but if you need further assistance, please email me at wovenwyld@gmail.com. I do not replace lost items for free.


Refunds, Returns, Cancellations

Due to the amount of time it requires to craft my pieces, I do not offer refunds, returns or cancellations. I kindly ask you review all the information before ordering.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please email me at wovenwyld@gmail.com and we can find a solution together. Kind words and patience are a must.

If a piece arrives damaged, I will gladly repair the item(s) at no cost. I do not cover shipping to return the item(s) to my studio.


Something I wanted sold out, will you make a second pair?

This is quite common. A pair of earrings in your shopping cart sold out before you could checkout.

I am unable to support remakes after a collection release. It’s important to set an alarm for shop updates and collection releases to insure you will be the first to checkout. I highly recommend creating an account and saving your payment information, that way you are ready-freddy to go when the time comes.

Custom Work

At this time, taking on custom work is at my discretion, simply some months I am able to and others I am not. I do not make work based, even loosely on other artists work, nor venture too far from my own. Custom work comes with a $35 design fee + the cost of the original design + shipping. All custom work will be invoiced, and will need to be paid in total before pieces ship. Any additional materials or upgrades will also be at the cost of the client. Please allow 4 weeks from start to finish for a custom piece to be designed and crafted.
